FlowTrig respects your right to delete your data. Because FlowTrig is a full automation platform, your data isn’t a single record — it lives inside the workspace you created. The fastest, most complete way to erase everything is to delete your workspace, which removes all connected data in one action.
Deleting your workspace automatically and permanently deletes everything inside it — there is nothing left to remove separately.

On deleting the workspace, all related contacts, messages, API settings, images, flows, connected Google / Instagram / Facebook accounts and segments are deleted automatically and permanently. This action is irreversible.
If you also want us to erase your account-level details (registered email address, phone number and any remaining personal information beyond the workspace), or you need help completing deletion:
We verify your identity, then delete your workspace and all associated data — WhatsApp messages, API numbers, credentials, email and phone — within 30 days, and instruct our sub-processors to do the same.
Deletion is irreversible. Once your workspace and data are removed, they cannot be recovered. Please export anything you need beforehand.
